Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at LadyStylist! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning items.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label intact.
  • Exchanges are not available at this time.

2. Return Window and Initiation:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving all items in your order. The return window begins on the day tracking shows the delivered status.
  • If your order is split into multiple packages, the return window starts from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

3. Return Submission and Timelines:

  • To qualify for a full refund, the returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of initiating the return request.
  • If the returned items do not meet the specified criteria, we may decline the entire return or apply a 20% restocking fee.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the designated return window. They will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to return the items.
  • Allow LadyStylist 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return.

5. Refund Confirmation:

  • Once we have processed your return, we will send you an email to confirm the status and details of the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1. Please contact our Customer service at support@ladystylist.com beforehand.

2. Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.

Note: 

  • Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received. The original tags must also be attached. Please note that items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for a return.
  • If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Final sale
