Refund Policy
We hope you enjoy your shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Your return package must be postmarked within 7 days after the delivered date. Returns postmarked after 7 days from the delivered date will not be accepted.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
1. Please contact our Customer service at support@ladystylist.com beforehand.
2. Get the return code or label from us.
3. Wait for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service point.
4. Wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package.
5. Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.
Note:
- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received. The original tags must also be attached. Please note that items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for a return.
- If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
2. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order before it ships out.
We're not able to cancel an order that has been shipped. We recommend you do a return for a refund with our return label.
EXCHANGE
We offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@ladystylist.com
REFUNDS
1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after we receive your package.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
