Refund Policy

As LADYSTYLIST, our goal is always your satisfaction. We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us and all the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch.

We guarantees return or exchange within 15 days after delivery for any reason if you are not satisfied with our products. Please feel free to contact us at support@ladystylist.com and we will reply to you within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order before it ships out.
Note:

We're not able to cancel an order that has been shipped. We recommend you do a return for a refund with our return label.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1. Please contact our Customer service at support@ladystylist.com beforehand.

2. Get the free return code or label from us.

3. Wait for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service point.

4. Wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package.

5. Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.

    Note: 

    • Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return
    • If you choose to return your order without our Customer Support team and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued.

    REFUNDS
    1. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days after we receive your package. 
    Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
    2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
